- Campaign Configuration: Lead lists, messaging templates, and outreach settings you provide to run campaigns.
- Integration Data: Access tokens and configuration data for third-party services like Gmail and LinkedIn.
- Feedback: Information you provide when contacting support or giving feedback.
d. Information from Third Parties
- Prospect Data: Publicly available professional data about your target prospects sourced via enrichment providers.
- Email Platform Data: Delivery and engagement signals (opens, clicks, bounces) from email service providers.
e. Gmail and Google Account Data
- When you connect a Gmail account, we access: your Gmail email address, the ability to send emails from your account, and the content of email threads in your inbox that are part of active Bravey campaigns (to detect replies, bounces, and opt-outs).
- We do not access emails unrelated to your Bravey campaigns.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- To send outreach emails and monitor replies on your behalf using your connected Gmail account, strictly to operate your campaigns.
- To analyse your business profile and campaign requirements to personalise outreach messages.
- To process transactions and send confirmations.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- To analyse usage trends and improve platform performance.
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: To help us operate and improve our Services, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery.
- For Campaign Execution: We share necessary information with third-party platforms to execute your outreach campaigns as directed.
- For Legal Reasons: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect against harm.
- In Business Transactions: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
- With Your Consent: When you provide explicit consent to share your information.
4. Campaign Data and Gmail Integration Processing
Our outreach automation features process various types of content and data:
- AI Processing: Your campaign content and lead data are processed by our AI systems to personalise outreach messages and optimise send times.
- Gmail Integration: Email thread and message data accessed during campaigns is stored only for the duration of the active campaign plus 30 days. It is encrypted at rest and in transit and is never shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
- Storage: Campaign content is stored securely. You can request deletion at any time.
- Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.
5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Bravey's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Gmail data to provide and improve the Bravey email outreach features you have explicitly enabled.
- We do not use Gmail data to serve advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data except as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or for security investigations.
- We do not use or transfer Gmail data for any purpose other than providing Bravey’s outreach services.
- We do not sell Gmail user data to third parties.
- We do not use Gmail data to train AI or ML models unrelated to your campaign personalisation.
6. Your Privacy Choices
You have control over your personal information:
- Access and Update: You can access and update your account information through your profile settings.
- Delete Account: You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at ayushparikh1@hotmail.com.
- Campaign Data: You can delete your campaign content and lead data through your account settings.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email footer.
- Disconnect Gmail: You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Bravey’s Settings page or directly from Google Account Permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Upon disconnection, Bravey will immediately stop sending emails from that account and will delete stored Gmail tokens within 7 days.
