Welcome to Bravey ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform ("Bravey"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using Bravey.

3.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use Bravey. Our services are intended for business use only.
3.2 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Campaign Content and Lead Data By uploading campaign content and lead data to Bravey, you confirm that:
- You own or have the necessary permissions to use the content and contact the leads you provide.
- The content and data do not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
- You have obtained proper consent to contact leads through the channels you specify.
- You grant Bravey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and distribute your campaign content for the purposes of executing your outreach campaigns.
- You consent to Bravey scraping and analyzing your publicly available business information to understand your products and services for campaign personalization purposes.
3.4 Compliance with Outreach Laws and Regulations You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our outreach services, including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act for email communications
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) for voice calls and SMS
- GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
- LinkedIn Terms of Service and other platform-specific policies
- Google's Gmail API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy
- Anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients
3.5 Voice and Communication Usage When using voice outreach and other communication features, you agree that:
- Your voice recordings may be processed and temporarily stored to provide automated calling services.
- You will not use our services to send spam, misleading, or fraudulent communications.
- You understand that AI-generated personalization is based on available data and may not always be perfectly accurate.
- You will not attempt to manipulate our AI systems to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Gmail Integration and Authorised Email Access
When you connect your Gmail account, Bravey requests permission to:
- (a) send emails on your behalf, and
- (b) read email threads in your connected inbox to detect replies, bounces, and opt-outs.
You expressly authorise Bravey to compose and send outreach emails and follow-ups from your Gmail address as directed by your campaign configuration.
You remain solely responsible for the content, legality, and recipient targeting of all emails sent through your account.
You can revoke Gmail access at any time via Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or within Bravey settings. Revocation stops all future sending from that account.
Bravey will not access Gmail data beyond what is necessary to operate your outreach campaigns.
6. Data Processing and Privacy
6.1 Campaign Data Processing Campaign content, lead data, and voice recordings submitted through our platform are processed to execute your outreach campaigns, generate personalized messages, and provide analytics.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability Bravey is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.
7.2 Campaign Performance and AI Limitations You acknowledge that our AI systems and outreach campaigns have inherent limitations. We do not guarantee specific response rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
7.3 Third-Party Platform Dependencies Our services depend on third-party platforms (email providers, LinkedIn, SMS services, ad networks). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect service delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
9. Affiliate Marketing and System Abuse
9.1 Affiliate Program Bravey may offer an affiliate marketing program. By participating, you agree to the following:
- Bravey reserves the right to withhold or deny affiliate payments if we determine that the affiliate has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices.
- Prohibited practices include click fraud, fake referrals, misrepresentation of our services, or spamming.
- We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that show suspicious patterns.
- Bravey maintains the right to modify affiliate commission rates and payment terms with appropriate notice.
